About the Role
As a PatientIQ Solutions Consultant, you will support the PatientIQ Account Executives, Enterprise Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Customer Success Managers to grow PatientIQ’s customer base by obtaining new logos and expanding users/functionality at current customers.

Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations: You will work closely with your fellow Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to develop a deep clinical, workflow, and technical understanding of the PatientIQ platform to:

  1. Lead on-site and remote demonstrations to clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert to demonstrate PatientIQ differentiators and value.
  2. Optimize the demonstration instance of PatientIQ to deliver clinical and technical demonstrations of the PatientIQ Platform.
  3. Tailor demonstrations to highlight the unique capabilities of PatientIQ and how they can add value to the prospect/customer.
  4. Develop, document, and implement specialty-focused demo workflows and scripts that may be leveraged by customer-facing teams with consistency.

Proposal and Sales Order Support: You will work with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to execute clinical and technical discussions to understand prospect and current customer environment, challenges, and goals that you will use to:

  1. Provide comprehensive, customized proposals that demonstrate an understanding of the customer needs and position PatientIQ to win.
  2. Ensure each deal is properly scoped and documented to enable a seamless handoff to PatientIQ implementation upon closure.
  3. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure that PatientIQ can deliver on prospect/customer technical, operational, and clinical needs.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the use of Patient Reported Outcomes in clinical care, research, government/payer mandates, and measure development.
  2. Gather ongoing prospect and customer feedback and related information to share cross-functionally, serving as an ongoing feedback loop from the field.
  3. Provide Product Training to Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and other PatientIQ team members.
  4. Answer clinical & technical questions about product applications and new features to prospects and various groups within new and existing customer accounts.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven ability to articulate technology concepts to both high-level business audiences and highly clinical or technical individuals.
  2. Demonstrate self-confidence and self-reliance in conducting demonstrations, presentations, and experience working in healthcare.
  3. Be an ultimate team player that supports those around you by educating them on the solution, demo strategy, and perform high-value demonstrations when necessary.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to clearly explain and simplify complex concepts calibrating the depth and detail of explanation to the recipient.
  5. Problem-solving and project management skills.
  6. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  7. Successful record of communicating the business value and ROI of strategic software solutions to healthcare executives, including CIO, CMIO, CNIO, CISO, CFO, etc.
  8. Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
  9. Ability to travel to regional and national tradeshows and conferences.

Education and Experience:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
  2. 5 years in clinical IT or pre-sales roles to include demo and proposal support.
  3. Strong PC skills, including experience using Excel, Office, G-Suite, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
  4. CRM experience; HubSpot a plus.
