JustinBradley’s client, a payment processing company, is seeking a Technology Account Management Analyst to drive their customer-facing training programs forward. The ideal candidate is passionate, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This key role will help drive usage and adoption of a new customer learning platform which will enable us to offer a wider education curriculum to an increased range of customers to supports their understanding on implementing and maximizing the value that product and services can bring.
Responsibilities:
- Webinar support: create and provide post-session metrics for live webinar events. Some tasks include presenter updates, providing session registration lists, preparing the webinar meeting rooms, manage the training content list, and more.
- Administrative: monitoring the team mailbox, creating new users, actively responding to customer requests and issues, responding to internal requests
- Support the addition to the learning platform of regional or global learning content which helps support new products, services or processes.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong acumen for Microsoft Excel
- Solid experience within a learning and development environment, especially in managing and delivering webinars through Adobe Connect, Zoom or Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and is willing to create and share new ideas on how we can improve our customer offering.
- Previous learning & development, marketing, design and/or administrative experience strongly desired
- College degree preferred.
