4. Post-production: Edit footage using professional software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
5. Enhance visuals: Apply color grading and address audio/visual issues.
6. Communicate effectively: Collaborate with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
7. Stay updated: Research new editing tools and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Mastery of video editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
2. Experience with lighting, sound recording, and camera operation.
3. Experience with color grading and correction.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to receive feedback from clients and the creative team.
6. Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
