About This Role:

The Lead Recruiter utilizes innovative sourcing techniques to attract, engage, and hire top sales professionals. Optimizes recruiting tools and resources to provide full life cycle, high volume candidate pipeline to enable Crexi’s growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Works collaboratively with hiring managers and the People Team to understand current staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract outstanding talent.
  • Conducts targeted sourcing and optimizes research tools, including online searches, social media, networking, and targeted campaigns to proactively source candidates and build candidate pipelines.
  • Utilizes knowledge of multiple recruiting sources (beyond LinkedIn Recruiter) and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent.
  • Reviews, updates, assesses, and dispositions candidate applications submitted online with a sense of urgency.
  • Screens candidates and facilitates interview and hiring decision-making process with hiring managers, while ensuring a high level of candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.
  • Partners with internal colleagues to create, measure and report on data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Contributes to recruiting strategy development and outreach efforts and develops strong relationships to help build a robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Eight to twelve years of progressively responsible experience with a bachelor's degree in business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience successfully recruiting for Software (SaaS) Sales roles.
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
  • Self-starter who independently owns their own success metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to provide clear and concise insights to the hiring team.
  • Responsive, action-oriented, and innovative problem solver.
  • Strong and efficient teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills and an ability to demonstrate and handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Exceptional attitude that takes a problem-solving approach to tasks or projects.
  • Fantastic interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in Playa Vista, California location is $130,000 to $155,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc (“Crexi”) is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
