RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support business leaders in selection, configuration, implementation and sustainment of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and Sustainability (EHS&S) management information systems;
2. Provide objective, independent advice on off-the-shelf or custom-built, third-party technologies and knowledge of market presence of these technologies within clients;
3. Evaluate EHS&S Management Information Systems (EMIS) available on market;
4. Assist clients with system requirements and software selection;
5. Manage EMIS software implementation projects for clients worldwide;
6. Assist with project management, system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancements, and improvements to meet overall business objectives of clients;
7. Draft and publish system design documents, configure technical specifications and components within solution, analyze and migrate data, and develop custom reports, dashboards, and automated interfaces;
8. Map and analyze end-to-end business processes within third party and proprietary systems as well as integration with EMIS software, following formal IT guidelines;
9. Serve as subject matter expert to provide escalation point for technical issues;
10. Oversee all aspects of projects related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery;
11. Consult and collaborate with clients to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.

Partial work from home benefit available.
~10% domestic travel required.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Environmental Science, Information Technology, or related field;
2. 5 years of experience as an Environmental IT Consultant, EMIS Consultant or a related occupation;
3. Designing and implementing solutions for air emissions monitoring and reporting;
4. Designing and building online compliance management tool;
5. Developing reporting solutions in SSRS, Crystal, and VBA based coding;
6. Mapping XOM requirements to Enablon RCM;
7. Using: Sphera opsInfo, Enviance, Enablon AQS /Compliance, IMPACT, Power BI, SSRS, and SQL queries.
