Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Grill Cook or Line Cook in a busy full-service restaurant
- The ability to work primarily PM shifts and a flexible schedule
- Experience in Italian, Mediterranean, or California inspired restaurants is preferred
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant
