Role Overview: The Senior Director of Product Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our product portfolio. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market insight, and leadership to ensure our products align with business objectives and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product strategy that aligns with overall business goals and market opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and strategists.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide strategy adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading product strategy and execution.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
