What You Can Expect
Zoom’s Business Applications team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will support our New Service Introduction team. You will partner with Product Managers to elicit business requirements, collaborate with technology teams, and improve customer adoption.
About The Team
The team focuses on New Service Introduction (NSI) offer enablement where we implement systems changes to introduce new products to direct, channels, and online routes to market. We work with product managers, operations including sales, channel, finance, online, and pricing teams across Zoom.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience analyzing business requirements; developing and documenting process flows and solution designs; testing new functionality.
- Experience in self-managing projects in a dynamic environment, including developing project/sprint plans and reporting project status to executives.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and testers to drive end-to-end solutions.
- Experience in Order to Cash areas including CPQ, eCommerce buyflows, Billing, License Provisioning.
- Experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart.
- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zuora, and Oracle Financials.
- Experience in business process modeling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent.
