Grand Circle is seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated Project Manager to join our Infrastructure team.

We are seeking a dynamic IT Infrastructure and Security Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various IT projects, with a primary focus on infrastructure and security enhancements. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in IT systems and networks, coupled with proven project management skills to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

In this role, you will oversee the management and execution of infrastructure and security projects by coordinating team activities and adeptly adjusting to various business domains to meet evolving needs. Your expertise in project management will make you a go-to resource for advising, coaching, and supporting teams on teamwork dynamics, project management practices, governance, methodologies, and organizational alignment.

Recognizing the significance of setting clear objectives and defining key results to validate the success of initiatives, you will excel as a communicator. You will skillfully convey information using metrics, showcases, and presentations tailored to resonate effectively with diverse audiences. Along with leading projects and team-related ceremonies, you will present your team's top initiatives and projects to stakeholders and sprint performance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include goals, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Lead initiatives to design, implement, and upgrade IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems, networks, and data from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
  • Manage regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
  • Communicate project objectives, status updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT support, development, operations, and management to ensure alignment and support for project goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and key stakeholders.
  • Identify efficiencies and improve execution across the Technology organization – strive to drive productivity through process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, and team leadership supporting a technology organization.
  • Excellent people management, communication skills, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with SLA reporting, networking, infrastructure as code, and security projects.
  • Familiarity with ISO-27001/2, PCI compliance, and ITIL.
  • Proven track record of managing technology projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in organizational and project management tools and methodologies.
  • Prior experience managing infrastructure, network, and security projects is a plus.
