Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading heavy equipment manufacturer who is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:
Electrical Foreman will oversee daily field operations
Develop comprehensive installation plans, considering timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the timely delivery of equipment and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of installation technicians and support staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Proactively identify and address challenges during installations, finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations
Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the installation process.
Manager will work hands on with the team to include ensuring all materials are pulled from stock, wiring equipment, and troubleshooting electrical issues
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years equipment installation background, leadership experience preferred
Industrial electrical and conduit experience required or military technical training
Must have strong mechanical and electrical skills to include experience with high voltage, PLCs, and 3 phase motors
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check allowing access to government facilities
Associates degree in electrical or mechanical systems is a plus
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and be comfortable working at heights up to 200 feet
