Brand Copywriter (B2C)

W2 Contract 3-6 Months to Possible Hire

Onsite, Tustin, CA

$42-49/hr Weekly Pay + benefits


We provide everyday wellness with our family of brands. We are looking for a Copywriter to bring vibrant, creative copy to our digital, print, and packaging content.


This role sits within the Content Writing team, allowing you to collaborate with Copywriters, Technical Writers, and Copy Editors to maintain copy standards, refine content, and uphold each brand voice. With a diverse range of copy and content to create, this Copywriter must be able to work effectively and quickly to meet tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, persuasive, and original copy for a variety of content including product listings, website copy, emails, blogs, video scripts, user manuals, print materials (e.g., recipe books), packaging, social media, visual assets


  • Utilize out of the box thinking to create dynamic, memorable content
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to implement content strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience needs.
  • Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content initiatives that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content, ensuring alignment with our wellness-focused values and messaging.
  • Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines. Ensure all content is error-free and high-quality.
  • Work closely with Content Manager, designers, marketers, and other team members to integrate copy with visual elements and overall campaign strategies.
  • Maintain creativity and attention to details in a fast-paced environment to ensure no grammatical errors are made, or consumer usability is compromised


Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse marketing content
  • Demonstrated experience in writing copy content that drives engagement
  • Exceptional creative writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and original copy that resonates with various audiences
  • Agency or in-house marketing/creative team experience.
  • Experience with Meta Ads/Google Display Ads
  • Experience in the wellness industry is a plus but not required. A passion for wellness and a strong understanding of the industry’s trends and language will be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in fast and diverse work environment with multiple high priority projects
