Trillium Staffing is looking for experienced Welders to work for a company in Alma.
Qualified candidates will have an understanding of Flux-Core Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding and should have advanced skills in at least one of these processes. Candidates should also have experience working with blueprints and weld symbols.
Pay rate: $18/hour or more, depending on experience and performance on weld test. Night shift: 5:00pm to 5:30am, Mon - Thu (includes 16% shift premium).

- High school diploma or GED
- previous education or certification is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to supply own basic tools (grinders, scrapers, fillet gauges)
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
