Civil Design Engineer

Job Description
A Leading design firm in Indiana has an opening for a Senior Civil Design Engineer working in their Indianapolis Office. This is a great opportunity!
Responsibilities:

• Organize, prioritize and perform work assignments
• Client communications
• Prepare planning/specification documentation and technical reports, engineering analyses, opinions on probable costs and supporting calculations
• Evaluate, select and recommend/perform design solutions
• Perform quality control/quality assurance activities
• Understand/apply departments standards and procedures
• Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in diverse civil site design projects
• P.E. License
• Knowledge of site grading/drainage design (storm sewer and detention)
• Proficient in utility design, including sanitary sewer, potable water and storm sewer
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
• LEED AP preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
