As Relyance AI’s Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy by building and scaling a world-class GTM team. You’ll be the first GTM focused TA Partner joining the VP, Talent to build and scale a world-class Talent function. You will collaborate with internal hiring partners on strategic and tactical recruitment through creative sourcing methods, networking, and employment branding to align with Relyance AI’s growth.
As a Sr. TA Partner, your role will include:
- Owning the full recruitment life cycle from intake to sourcing to interviewing to closing for a variety of sales and marketing positions
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
- Leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to build robust talent pipelines for high-impact sales and marketing roles
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit for both role and company culture
- Utilizing Greenhouse to optimize the hiring process and generate actionable insights
- Building strong partnerships with sales and marketing leadership to understand business needs and talent requirements

- Proven track record of building high-performing Sales and Marketing teams
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
- A passion for identifying top talent and driving business growth
