The ideal candidates will have strong customer-facing skills and be able to manage various engineering and project tasks effectively.Job Duties can include:Develop and optimize manufacturing processesCreate and maintain Work Instruction PackagesConduct readiness reviews and manage manufacturing readiness activitiesEvaluate and implement process improvementsPerform root cause analysis and corrective actionsDesign and evaluate tools and fixtures for productionParticipate in cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiativesAct as a liaison between engineering, quality, and manufacturing teamsInterface daily with customers to support project needs and resolve issuesManage project tasks, schedules, and resourcesProvide status updates, prepare reports, and deliver presentationsDevelop and track project metrics and trendsCore Qualifications:AS or BS Degree in an engineering, STEM, or relevant discipline or equivalent manufacturing & project engineering experience1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, project engineering, industrial engineering or relevant field.
