Job Requirements / Description
We are looking to hire an experienced A&P to work and travel with our existing team of mechanics and technicians on converting Robinson R44 helicopters to teleoperations. This is a great role for anyone working in aviation that is interested in building a product from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain experimental helicopters at our facility in Nashua.
- Join our flight test team traveling for flight tests as well as sales/technology demos, conferences and customer deliveries.
- Work with mechanical and electrical engineers to perform modifications to prototype airframes.
- Maintain all tools and material inventories in a clean, organized, and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Current and valid FAA Airframe Mechanic and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate.
- Experience working with Robinson helicopters.
- Willingness to travel for both day and overnight trips.
- Minimum 3 years aviation experience.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Current and valid US Driver’s License
- Computer proficiency to include office software applications.
- Proficient in English language.
- Attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a safe manner.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with flight testing.

Salary
Salary will be dependent on experience. Rotor also offers competitive equity based on experience and qualifications.
