Interview process

Our interview philosophy is maximizing transparency and minimizing time wasted. Interviewing at a startup is a two-way street and it’d be a waste of everyone’s time if you joined and you realized it was a totally different job than you signed up for. Here’s our interview process for this role:

  1. Introductory Call (20-30 minutes) - This is a call with Autumn to mutually assess fit.
  2. Take-home (2 hour suggested time) - A short take-home assignment that relates directly to what your responsibilities would be in this role.
  3. Take-home Presentation (1 hour) - Review your Take-home output together with Autumn.
  4. Culture Fit Interview (15-20 minutes) - with Yuxin, our co-Founder and CEO.
  5. Meeting Key Team Members (15-20 minutes each) - Opportunity to assess mutual fit.
  6. References
  7. Offer!

All these calls can be done over video call, and we can do them back-to-back or over the course of a few days.
