IT Technician I/II

Diehl Automotive is searching for a IT technician I/II to be based at our Ohio/Hermitage Diehl Automotive stores. This is a full-time position that will require some travel between stores in the Ohio/Western PA area.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across dealership departments and stores.
• Troubleshoot end users, set up pc’s, help with network issues
• Travel to Diehl stores in the area as needed.
• Maintain and update computer systems, networks, and equipment.
• Assist with the implementation and management of IT projects.
• Set up users and maintain Active Directory
• Set up uses and maintain Office365
• Ensure data security and system integrity.

Qualifications:

• For IT Technician I: Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.
• For IT Technician II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in a similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and people skills and ability to work well with team members.
• Experience with dealership management systems (Tekion), and various vehicle service-related hardware and software a plus.
• Travel between Diehl locations is a must. A drivers license with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Mostly end user support; some network experience helpful.
• Experience with VoIP a bonus
