1.Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and compliance with company policies.
2.Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling necessary paperwork.
3.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
4.Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, providing information and assistance as needed.
5.Coordinate with external Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and agencies to facilitate HR-related activities.
6.Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents.
7.Participate in HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2.Proven experience in HR support or related administrative roles.
3.Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
