As a Branch Manager for Hoffman Hydronics, you will be primarily responsible for driving sales growth in the Atlanta, GA and surrounding area, through directing, developing, and maintaining a regional sales & distribution network. The role involves leading a team of sales staff, and support personnel, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, quality service, and safety compliance. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for achieving the branch’s financial targets, including revenue, profit margins, and cost controls.


Main responsibilities include, managing the branch office, developing a highly successful sales team, managing sales acquisition and retention for the region, fostering intercompany relations and oversight for the facility, developing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients,

  • Establish near and long-term strategy for Hoffman Hydronics sales teams, in alignment with corporate goals
  • Oversee daily operations and the performance of the branch staff, including sales representatives, administrative and warehouse personnel.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the team to achieve business goals and personal growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch’s commercial HVAC sales and service offerings
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, general contractors, and vendors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety protocols, environmental policies, and industry standards.
  • Manage the branch’s P&L, ensuring that financial targets for revenue, margins, and costs are met or exceeded
  • Monitor expenses, labor costs, and inventory to maintain profitability
  • Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and establish goals and objectives for staff.
  • Work with leadership to establish and approve annual sales budget; develop individual annual sales compensation plans and manage team activities to budget
  • Manage the equipment sales forecast and pipeline.
  • Regularly review sales activities, sales results, and account assignments, and manage the team toward goals and adjust strategy as needed to ensure target achievement.
  • Participate on sales calls and conduct regular sales meetings
  • Establish opportunity pursuit strategies with the sales team for all major opportunities, including pricing strategy
  • Partner closely with the marketing team to review and approve specific marketing materials and campaigns
  • Foster intercompany relations and bridge other areas of the business and company together through timely and effective communication
  • Provide building management oversight for the office and warehouse

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the commercial and/or industrial HVAC equipment industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (or equivalent)
