Job Details:

The chosen candidate will play an integral role in managing the daily functions of the fast-paced office. Duties include answering and routing phone calls, welcoming and greeting clients, lawyers, and visitors, and maintaining the necessary decorum and professionalism of the office environment.


An essential part of the role involves coordinating with the bookkeeper to provide a monthly count of client lists. In addition to this, you will be assisting with billing procedures ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Reporting and handling any office maintenance issues. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining files for new cases, ensuring systematic record-keeping, and overseeing time entry.


Management of the kitchen, conference rooms, and overall office area. You should ensure the firm contact lists are updated from time to time, office and kitchen supplies are adequately gathered, and mail distribution is carried out effectively.


The successful candidate must possess impeccable attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills. We require a professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate articulately under all circumstances.
