Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Commercial Counsel.
Overview : Our client is seeking an experienced contracts counsel to assist on a part-time basis for the next 1-2+ months.
Company: Telecommunications company.
Experience: 8+ years of experience handling a wide variety of commercial contracts including, but not limited to, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, NDA’s, etc.
Location: Remote – EST time zone.
Responsibilities Include:
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements for Afiniti clients including, but not limited to: SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, supplier agreements and other complex commercial contracts.
- Work with members of the team across offices to identify key players for individual clients.
- Experience working in regulated areas including AI, personal data protection, telecommunications, or enterprise customer service industry.
Qualifications Include:
- JD and barred in at least 1 US jurisdiction. 8+ years of commercial contracts experience in an in-house legal setting.
- Ironclad CLM experience a plus, but not required.
- Background in AI, data protection and telecommunications is desired.
Pay Rate: $85-90/hour
