Responsibilities

1. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
2. Influencer outreach - identify and contact 25 potential influencers weekly managed on a spreadsheet.
3. Manage influencer payouts.
4. Manage influencer relationships - sending out contracts and getting assets back on time.
5. Influencer website section management - landing page, working with developers.
6. Upload influencer related content to the website.
7. Website banner design, uploads, and website maintenance/communication updating.
8. Design social media and Facebook group graphics.
9. Create product collections and perform weekly site crawls.
10. Communicate any website issues to the developer and manage to resolution.
11. Basic merchandising (to guidelines - to be checked weekly).
12. Build out surveys/questionnaires.
13. Conduct market research as necessary and perform weekly site crawls.
14. Email designs in Canva (BW sign off).
15. Build email copy and design in Klaviyo for specific segments and SMS designs where necessary.
16. Design campaigns.
17. Campaign production (copy and design) in respective platforms, creating social graphics, images, and videos.
18. Schedule content to all platforms.
19. Respond to all comments on social media daily, bringing new messages down to zero daily as per SOP.
20. Engage and post in the Facebook group, admitting new members daily and keeping the group engaged.
21. Change social headers in a timely fashion.
22. Upload and publish all blog posts.
23. Partner with customer support to identify and understand customer concerns and opportunities, reporting weekly to a defined list of questions.
24. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
