Our B2B channels include Commercial Contractors, Client Commercial Service (CCS), National Accounts, and Client International offices who are seeking after-market replacement components. The Customer Care Center is a high-volume, fast paced and metric driven call-center with a team atmosphere. We emphasize customer satisfaction, building strong business relationships and driving sales growth.Duties will vary as required including data entry, basic reporting, phone calls, emails.
