Qualifications
  • Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
  • Retail sales and Sales Audit experience preferred
  • Some college education in Accounting / Business / Finance desired
  • Experience with Aptos and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains preferred
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving and organizational skills along with the ability to be flexible
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Good computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

PAY RANGE: $21.00 - $24.00/hr.*

The Sales Audit Clerk is responsible for assisting the Sales Audit team to ensure all sales are posted to the general ledger in an accurate and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review daily store sales exception issues and resolve in an efficient and timely manner
  • Download reports from different sources – Aptos, bank, etc.
  • Review E-comm sales and payment activities daily and research if there is any discrepancies
  • Audit store change orders register paid outs to insure their validity and necessity
  • Maintain accurate records of electronic and paper media files in neat, organized manner
  • Perform other office duties as needed to ensure smooth financial processes and to meet customer needs
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
