In this position you will have an opportunity to launch and drive initiatives that enable scale and growth of the Amazon Connect business and help innovate the AWS approach to business applications.

WWSO is part of the AWS Specialist & Partner (ASP) org, which works backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture with deep technology and industry expertise who help carry their fields into the future. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. As AWS and Amazon Connect continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Amazon Connect Specialist Team is made up of deep CX and Enterprise Contact Center domain experts who work directly with our customers to solve their most complex challenges. We stay closely connected to our customers and bring valuable data and insights to our product teams, strengthening the product roadmap. Our team is at its best when a customer is thinking big and needs specialized experience to innovate for their business. Amazon Connect was designed from the ground up to be omnichannel, it provides a seamless experience across voice and chat for our customers and agents leveraging AWS.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelors or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
