We are partnered with an exciting company in the gaming industry that is looking for an Accounting Manager depending on experience. The position will be hybrid with about 1 day in the office per week, some weeks you won't go in at all and others may be a little more. This is a permanent position that is operating out of our client's Los Angeles, CA location.
Responsibilities:
- Support month end close
- Perform GL entries, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
- Identify and support process improvement
- Support preparation of different regulatory and tax filings and audits
- Prepare and present financial information to leadership
- Lead and provide direction to team
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- Experience working for a public company
- Strong Excel skills
- Foreign currency and multiple entity experience preferred
