Role Description:

The right Sales Team Lead at ECMS should be well-rounded, flexible, creative, and forward thinking. You will report to the Director of Business Development and be responsible for leading and executing the development and performance of all commercial activities in the U.S. market, to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Additionally, you will develop strategies and establish plans to expand the customer base in the local market and diligently explore our potential clients’ challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional sales team to promote ECMS’s products and services, to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and business KPIs.
  • Develop regional sales strategies according to ECMS’s global strategy, to make the company stay competitive in the U.S. market.
  • Formulate a sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximizes growth within the existing client base so that the required sales results are achieved.
  • Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ECMS products and services and be well aware of competitors' strategies and capabilities to position ECMS products advantageously.
  • Monitor and implement sales projects and processes.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide effective coaching to staff.
  • Manage sales team budget and expenses.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in related logistics sales, with at least 2 years in a people manager role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales achievements and business growth.
  • Strong business acumen with good analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and presentation skills.
  • Project and process management skills.
  • Proficient PC skills with excellent MS Office skills.
