JOB OVERVIEW
At Sunrise, our Salon & Spa Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the salon and spa services for residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage salon and spa services, ensuring high-quality care and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise salon and spa staff.
- Develop and implement spa programs that enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and supplies for salon and spa services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families to meet their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least two years of experience in a salon or spa setting.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of state and local regulations regarding salon and spa services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
