Join our dynamic team as a Senior Administrative Assistant supporting our esteemed Division Chief and Division Administrator within Surgery, and take your career to new heights.
You will provide support to the division chief and Division Administrator performing credentialing, licensing coordination, calendar management, preparing itineraries/agendas, ordering supplies, creating PowerPoint presentations and anything else needed to assist with administrative functions.
This position requires:

  • High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
  • Five years of administrative experience. Strong preference for candidates with prior healthcare experience functioning in a similar role.
  • Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
  • Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
  • Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
