Job Requirements / Description
- Coaches, supports and leads the strategic direction of the Talent Acquisition team in charge of rolling out new solutions and maintaining them, with a strong focus on efficiency, data accuracy, best practices and compliance.
- Implement the strategy and ongoing administration of Oracle Cloud to support short and long-term organization goals to enable efficiency.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in completing day-to-day design configuration, reporting, and system administration in Oracle Cloud.
- Designs, tests, validates, documents, and implements new functionality or improvements to existing functionality in Oracle Cloud.
- Act as a functional SME for Oracle Recruiting Cloud, as the Talent and Acquisition Lead, by introducing new features/products to Recruiting SMEs; in-charge of educating the team and operating environment specialists on new system functionalities as well as completing all levels of testing, including regression testing.
- Oracle Security support, determine roles in accordance with security matrix guidelines.
- Support and escalate issues as prescribed within the project.
- Troubleshoot issues, reporting, design, configuration and testing to implement solutions that drive adoption and ease of use.
- Receives requests for reporting needs, assesses those needs, gathers requirements, and designs custom reporting, dashboards and scorecards based on those requirements.
- Performs analysis of report requirements and designs reports using Oracle best practices and efficiencies.
- Provide guidance, coaching and leadership on best practices in recruiting and selection procedures.
- Maintain recruiting success KPIs across the recruitment team and develop strategies to uplevel team development.
- Ensure alignment between business and talent strategy, with skills and culture traits that align to organizational goals.
- Possess a strong collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive change and build partnerships across multiple business units, locations, and organizational levels.
- Demonstrate a strong business acumen, coupled with leadership presence. Ability to inspire confidence and gain and hold the trust of hiring leaders and management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to work with a variety of leaders and experts to build consensus around recruitment strategy and tactics. You have strong consulting, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing senior level hiring plans by establishing, cultivating, and maintaining solid working relationships with hiring leaders.
- Provide data analytics to measure and report on recruiting trends and activities. Utilize metrics to make improvements, changes and to educate recruiters and hiring managers.
- Work with leaders to continually improve assessment capabilities and tools and ensure that hiring decisions are made utilizing our core success traits.
- Create and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances internally and externally to ensure diverse hiring pools.
- Ensure end to end initiatives that reduce and eliminate bias in the hiring process.
- Drive processes and operational efficiencies throughout the recruiting process.
- Partner with HR operations, IT and other internal departments to ensure a smooth hiring experience for both the candidate and the organization.
- Lead a highly dedicated team of recruiters to empower the team to act as talent advisors to the business units they support and ingrain a recruiting mindset across the organization.
- 2+ years of talent acquisition processes and candidate life cycle experience.
- 2+ years Oracle Recruiting and core HCM, or similar product, experience is required.
- 2+ years of Oracle, or similar product, configuration experience
- Excellent knowledge and experience using Oracle Cloud, or similar product (such as: Workday, Taleo, SAP SucessFactors, Infor CloudSuite, etc.), to provide Talent Acquisition metrics and analytics.
- Advanced skill level in Excel
- Knowledge of the Talent Acquisition business functions, business processes, best practices and integrated, 3rd party recruiting services, for posting, parsing, selection and screening integrations
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft is preferred.
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Experience working in a government environment (preferred)
- Experience with custom reports (OTBI), workflow and security roles a plus
- Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist is a strong plus
