Build and maintain software platform integrations to third party vendors. Build and manage software integrations, integration settings pages, API services that communicate with 3rd-party vendor APIs, data transformation of data flowing between company and the third-party vendors, as well as wire up the API Services into a number of data pipelines. Provide quality PR reviews for code-owned areas of the application. Help architect and design robust and high performance data processing and storage systems to serve different internal and external use cases. Build prototypes, establish design patterns, consult with domain experts and otherwise work to ensure the team's successful delivery of technical solutions. Contribute to the R&D team as a subject matter expert in multiple areas, specifically integrations owned by the Integrations team. Help improve engineering processes and workflows within the Integrations space as well in the wider engineering community. Train, coach, and mentor new team members and ensure proper documentation and troubleshooting guides for team processes, team owned systems, and architecture. Spearhead the creation and ongoing development of an integrations directory, serving as a centralized platform for third-party vendors to list their applications. Develop self-serve onboarding processes for third-party vendors, creating comprehensive documentation and troubleshooting guide. Anticipate future growth and demand for the integrations directory. Implement scalability measures, conduct performance assessments, and optimize the platform to accommodate increasing numbers of third-party applications. Telecommuting permitted 2 – 3 days per week. Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field of study and
  • 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Customer Support Specialist, Customer Success Engineer, Software Developer, System Engineer, or related occupation
  • Alternatively, the company would accept a Master's degree in an accepted field and 2 years of experience in an accepted occupation.
