Job Summary:
The Epoxy Press Setup Maintenance Position is responsible for the staging, inspection, cleaning, and assembly of molds used in the epoxy molding production line. This role ensures that molds are properly maintained and ready for production, contributing to the efficient operation of the manufacturing process.

Shift Details:
3rd Shift is Sun - Wed, 4X10hr shifts, 8:15 pm - 6:45 am.
All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed.
Overtime is typically twice a month on Fridays and are 8-hour shifts.

Essential Functions:
- Pull molds from the staging area and install the appropriate parts for production based on instructions from the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform routine cleaning and inspection of molds once the production run is complete to ensure they are in proper working order for future use.
- Execute tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, ensuring that all production requirements are met.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall production process.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure the quality and accuracy of work.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as required to meet production demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Post-secondary education, trade school, or technical training is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
