Position Summary
The position serves as the clearing house for campus reservations and master calendaring to organize campus events for student affairs, student organizations, and other users of facilities. The position is the leading expert on scheduling software and as such is required to develop and implement a comprehensive training program to provide skill sets to campus users annually. This position supervises building managers, operations assistants, mail room attendants, and assists in supporting all 60-70 student employees of the department when required. This position is responsible for all financial matters related to box office sales, Highsmith Student Union Rentals, and the game room financial transactions.

Minimum Education/Experience/Skills
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Higher Education, preferably in the area of Student Affairs. Previous experience supervising students is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Work Schedule and Hours
Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional time on evenings and weekends may be needed to meet the needs of the department and University.
