Member Support Representative

In this entry-level role, the Member Support Representative is the primary point of contact for members, providing assistance with inquiries over the phone or email. Essential Job Functions

• Respond to member inquiries via phone and email promptly
• Update member information as required
• Engage potential members by providing information and guidance
• Recommend memberships where appropriate
• Address member concerns and escalate as necessary
• Clearly communicate guidelines and provide emotional support
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Exemplify the mission, vision, and values of the organization
• Maintain professional conduct at all times

Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office programs
• Previous experience with office equipment and information systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and organize work effectively

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
