Role Overview: As a Sr Manager in Program Management & Hardware Asset Management, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple teams, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), roadmaps, and aligning strategies with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Store Operations, and more. This role allows you to significantly impact both the business and technical strategies, potentially transforming Nordstrom's core operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a dynamic team to achieve business goals.
- Define KPIs, create roadmaps, and set priorities that are aligned to our business goals.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance organizational vision and strategy in line with company goals, receiving guidance from senior leaders.
- Equip your team with the necessary tools, resources, and information for success.
- Hire, motivate, and develop talent to deliver consistent results.
- Contribute to cross-team budget creation and lifecycle management.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
Experience : 5+ years in hardware asset management or a related field.
Technical Knowledge : Understanding of hardware inventory management, asset lifecycle, and procurement processes.
Certifications : ITAM, CHAMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Tools Proficiency : Experience with asset management software and tools, such as ServiceNow or IBM Maximo.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and create insightful reports on asset usage and trends.
Project Management : Strong project management skills to oversee asset-related projects from start to finish.
Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve asset-related issues.
Communication : Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail : Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
Compliance Knowledge : Understanding of compliance regulations related to hardware assets.
Leadership : 2+ years of experience managing teams; experience managing managers is a plus.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state-specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $162,000 - $297,000 Annually. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
