Role
- Lead Generation & Sales: Engage in direct sales through cold calls, strategic business meetings, and client events to generate leads and opportunities.
- Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment efforts, aligning them with the new business opportunities you generate.
- Strategic Selling: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our corporate goals, ensuring profitable growth and meeting financial targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive shifts, and economic changes. Use this insight to develop actionable plans and forecasts for sustainable growth.
- Relationship Building: Strengthen the Tundra brand by nurturing key business relationships and regularly engaging with assigned accounts and partners.
- Opportunity Management: Identify, assess, and respond to business threats and opportunities, keeping our strategies agile and effective.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for key initiatives, keeping management informed through regular updates and reports.
