Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in the system
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics in call quality and resolution times
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and outcomes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or call center environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and tools
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Compensation details: 27-31 Hourly Wage
