About Our Client

Our client is a high-growth food and beverage company. They have locations across the U.S. and Canada. This position reports into the Los Angeles office in Culver City two to three times a week. The role reports into the Director of TA and does not have direct reports.

Job Description

  1. Collaborates with department leaders to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies with business objectives.
  2. Develops and manages talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  3. Leverages market trends, data analytics, and competitive insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
  4. Acts as a consultant to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices, candidate experience, and diversity recruitment.
  5. Drives employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the organization's presence in the job market.

  4. Must be able to go on-site hybrid in Culver City.

What's On Offer

  1. Base salary of $130K - $145K depending on candidate's experience and an annual bonus.
