Job Description

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 12 Months

Experience:

1. 1-5 years of work experience.
2. Provide financial analysis & support to Facilities and support functions.
3. Planning/Reporting/Forecast and Analyses for the respective Division.
4. Cost control, all types of financial analyses e.g. Sales Discount Analyses.
5. Analyze business processes including inventory, costing, manufacturing metrics & reporting.
6. Be an active commercial business partner.
7. Prepare & present key metrics.
8. Become key member of site Cost Reduction Initiatives.
9. Assist in preparing budget & quarterly forecasts.
10. Excellent I.T. skills essential.
11. Good working knowledge of Excel required, and SAP experience is an advantage.
12. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
13. Ability to work under pressure, and on own initiative.
14. Good analytical / problem-solving skills.
15. Ability to work in a changing environment.
16. Proactive approaches to influence business decisions and drive improvements in factory cost effectiveness.
17. Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to explain financial consequences to Management and suggest alternative courses of action where appropriate.
18. Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint.
19. Analytical thinker, able to analyze complex situations and comment in an easy way.
20. Able and willing to communicate with all company divisions.
21. Self-organized, goal- and outcome-oriented.
22. Team-oriented.
