Compensation Analyst (HR Total Rewards)
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and implementation of the company's compensation programs. This role ensures that compensation practices align with organizational goals, external benchmarks, and applicable regulations. The Compensation Analyst collaborates with various departments to evaluate job positions, analyze market data, and provide recommendations on pay structures, incentive programs, and compensation adjustments.
Position Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required
Experience
- 2 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of compensation practices, FLSA, wage and hour laws, and market pricing tools
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management software strongly preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- CCP: Certified Compensation Professional preferred
