Job Overview:


The HubSpot Admin, you’ll be responsible for managing, customizing, and maintaining our HubSpot CRM. Your role will involve ensuring that it works seamlessly across Sales, Marketing, and Service departments. You'll handle system setup, automation, user management, and overall CRM optimization, playing a vital role in keeping our CRM ecosystem running efficiently.


Core Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Expertise: Become an expert in HubSpot's configuration and both its technical and functional capabilities.
  • User Management: Oversee account setup for new users, manage deactivations, and ensure proper data transfers when users leave.
  • CRM Integration: Implement and enhance Sales, Marketing, and Service workflows within HubSpot. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with the company's goals and structure.
  • Marketing Assistance: Support the marketing team with HubSpot features, like mailing lists, campaign management, and automating processes.
  • Customization & Automation: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated workflows. Manage HubSpot’s custom objects, security settings, and third-party integrations.
  • System Implementation: Lead system implementation projects from gathering requirements to testing and resolving issues, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation for management and team members. Keep all policies and procedures up-to-date.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline project organization in HubSpot by creating systems that coordinate with teams to ensure timely and effective project completion.
  • Daily Support: Provide ongoing support for HubSpot users, troubleshooting issues, and working with technology partners to optimize system performance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM and its Sales, Marketing, and Service features.
  • Proficiency in system customization, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience in managing workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for leading training.
  • Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities and a focus on system optimization.
  • Experience in project management and gathering requirements for CRM implementation.
  • HubSpot Super Admin Bootcamp certification is a plus.
  • Certifications in Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Marketing Hub.


Skills :

  • HubSpot Certifications.
  • Experience integrating third-party tools with HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of data management and transfer processes.
  • Experience in data analysis using HubSpot’s reporting tools or BI platforms.
