Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic prospecting tactics tailored to various decision-makers.
  2. Utilize CRM tools to document and monitor activities for key national accounts.
  3. Collaborate with operational teams to devise growth strategies and generate new leads.
  4. Engage with internet and data resources, as well as social networks, to nurture connections.
  5. Partner with marketing to refine strategic proposals and enhance presentations.
  6. Work alongside the National Sales VP and Directors to cultivate and close targeted accounts.
  7. Facilitate effective communication across departments and work closely with operational colleagues.
  8. Conduct research on targeted accounts to understand their business needs, fostering strategic approaches.
  9. Build credibility with prospects by acquiring industry insights and recognizing their challenges.
  10. Coordinate initial meetings and facilitate transitions with Sales Directors.
  11. Collaborate with cross-sector sales teams to align growth strategies and deliver added value.
  12. Lead the organization of strategic proposals to improve win ratios on business plans.
  13. Assist Sales Directors in understanding competitive landscapes and negotiating advantageous deals.

Required Skills

  1. Strong proficiency in CRM database management systems.
  2. Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for representing the organization at industry events.
  3. Capable of managing multiple tasks, establishing priorities, and optimizing time management.
  4. High energy and strong executive presence, with a keen commitment to professional growth.
  5. Experience in selling to C-level executives, with the ability to travel approximately 30%.
  6. A proactive team player eager to contribute to the thriving success of our sales organization.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in new business development or lead generation, ideally within the contract management sector or related fields with a growth focus.
