Senior Dotnet API Developer

Job Description:

As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with our product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sr .Net Core API Developer with 7 to10 yrs. of experience in C#, Web APIs, .Net Core
• 7+ yrs. of experience in development on Microsoft stack using C#
• 5+ yrs. of experience in Web API development
• 3+ yrs. of experience in .Net Core
• Extensive experience in MVC Architecture, Entity Framework, LINQ
• Exposure to CICD using with Azure Pipelines Extensive Experience in TFS/Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of API monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Application Insights for Monitoring API performance and troubleshooting issues
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET Core/ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Implement and maintain database solutions using SQL Server or other relational/ non-relational databases.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Build up the knowledge to handle the production issue and provide timely resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in development using .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience in Entity Framework, dapper, Microservices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, Step functions, Event driven programming.
