This position is based out of our Waltham, MA office 4 days a week. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
This person will be responsible for defining office culture as well as greeting visitors and hosting in-house meetings for employees as well as visitors. They need to be positive, flexible, and willing to do whatever it takes to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. This individual needs to be mature and needs to work well independently. Knowledge of budgets is helpful.
Your impact:
- Manage calendars and office conference room space using Outlook Calendars
- Keep office up to date and stocked including visitor greetings on TV's, ordering office & kitchen supplies, and reaching out to building maintenance when needed
- Order, set up, and take down staff lunch every for every Tuesday and send out invites in advance for accurate headcount
- Event management including; coordinating all staff special event celebrations and hosting employee events such as Friendsgiving, Halloween party, etc..
- Prepare for New Hires/Growth with Key Cards, desk space, welcome bags, and more
Keep office informed of any issues with the building, parking lot, or related issues using Outlook and Teams
About you:
- 3+ years of related experience
- College degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in either restaurants or events is preferred
- Office Management background is preferred
