Under the supervision of the Manager Ambulatory Corporate and Consumer Business Development, the Corporate Business Development Representative is responsible for supporting the growth and development of the OneTGH Corporate Health program at Tampa General Hospital which includes wellness/preventative services, occupational health services and workers' compensation services. Contributes to the growth of the OneTGH Corporate Health program through customer retention and acquisition activities including client account management, development of formal proposals (RFP/RFI), creation of marketing and promotion materials, and coordination of promotional events. In addition, this role works closely with internal stakeholders and corporate clients to ensure that occupational health and wellness services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Or Bachelor's Degree Communications Or Bachelor's Degree Marketing Or Bachelor's Degree Related Field
1 year of related work experience in outside and inside sales experience within a healthcare B2B role.
• Knowledge in outside and inside sales within a healthcare B2B or occupational health setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
• Ability to direct and organize program activities.
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Strong technical skills to create proposals and find solutions for client requirements.
• Able to establish credibility / trust and effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
