In this role, you will drive organizational excellence by developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across all levels of the company. If you have a proven track record of success in leading improvement efforts and a passion for driving change, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:* Develop and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy* Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes* Analyze data and metrics to measure improvement progress and inform future initiatives* Collaborate with senior leadership to align improvement efforts with organizational goals* Mentor and coach employees to build a culture of continuous improvementWhat You'll Bring:* 5+ years of experience in a continuous improvement leadership role* Proven track record of success in leading improvement initiatives* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills* Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)* Ability to lead and manage teams and influence organizational changePhysical Demand and Work Hours:* Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and performing deskwork.* Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents* Occasional standing, walking, and reaching during meetings and other work-related activities.* Vision abilities required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus for reviewing documentsLocation: SLC, Utah
