Think Tell Junction is seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to support our events team in New York, NY. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for planning and a desire to make each event memorable. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth execution and exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and coordination of corporate events, conferences, and internal meetings.
- Support logistics management, including vendor communication, scheduling, and setup.
- Help prepare event materials, such as signage, name tags, and promotional items.
- Manage on-site event support, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update event records, budgets, and reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with event management software is a bonus.
