Key Responsibilities as an AR Specialist:

• Execute the preparation and distribution of invoices with accuracy and efficiency, keeping the process seamless.
• Act as the go-to AR Specialist for resolving external and internal client inquiries promptly, ensuring top-notch support.
• Efficiently manage credit card processing for billed sales and pending orders, demonstrating your precision as an AR Specialist.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date A/R reports, monitoring total receivables, incoming, and outstanding payments.
• Support the audit process by providing essential reports and documentation required for bank financing and other company needs.
• Contribute to month-end close procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

AR Specialist Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of strong experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus!
• Excellent account reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial for success in this role.
