Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst (Confidential Executive Assistant and Executive Management Program Office (EMPO) Liaison) directly supporting & reporting to Deputy Undersecretary of the Navy for Management (DUSN (M)) of the Department of the Navy. Responsibilities You will analyze, evaluate and advise in the development of organizational objectives and short range/long range program goals. You will direct or make technical determinations as to course of action to pursue from issues resulting from the Secretariat Executive Management Advisory Panel (EMAP). You will provide resources and references pertaining to civilian human resources policy and guidance. You will directly advise Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy for Management (DUSN (M)) on the Executive Talent Management and status of executive-cadre related packages and correspondence. You will review completed actions for priority, content, accuracy, security markings, and to ensure that issues are correctly addressed, and that necessary levels of staff coordination has been accomplished. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with public communications, detailed narrative reports, letters, summaries, etc. Experience applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to ensure program effectiveness. Experience with organizational management skills in adapting to frequent fluctuation in workload, pressures, and deadlines. Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and security classification procedures and guidelines.
